When work took us overseas, we let out our first home in Redcar. What began as a practical decision became the start of a much longer property journey.

Today, Kennedy Prime Properties Limited brings together that landlord experience with a deliberate approach to buying and managing property. We’re based in Guisborough, with strong ties to the communities around us.

We bring different skills to the business, but share the same outlook: understand the detail, build good relationships and think beyond the next purchase.

Justin Kennedy

Justin brings his background as a Chartered Engineer and engineering manager to property: careful research, structured decisions and attention to how things work.

His property education and practical landlord experience inform the way we assess and manage our acquisitions.

PEOPLE & POSSIBILITIES

Emma Kennedy

Emma brings experience in engineering, teaching and running a retail business. She leads our property sourcing and packaging work, combining an eye for possibilities with a thoughtful approach to people.

Together, we make the decisions and take responsibility for the business we’re building.
