We bought our first home in Redcar in 2002. When work took us overseas, we let it out and began learning what it means to be landlords.

Cranbourne Drive is personally held by Justin and Emma, separate from the company portfolio. It helps explain the practical experience that came before Kennedy Prime Properties Limited.

Experience over time
