Website enquiries and bookings
This review website is hosted by Cloudflare Pages. Our enquiry form is provided by Zoho Forms and loads only when you choose to open it. When you submit it, we receive your name, email address and message. Submissions are stored in our Zoho Forms account, and a notification is sent to our business inbox on Zoho Mail. Please do not send identity documents, bank details or sensitive personal information through this form.
Clicking the booking button opens Calendly as a separate page. The booking service collects the contact and scheduling details shown on its form. Email links open your email application. The site currently loads fonts from Google Fonts. These providers may receive technical request information, such as IP address, browser information and request logs, to deliver and protect their services.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry details to respond to you, arrange conversations and keep an appropriate record of our communication. Our proposed lawful basis for general business enquiries is legitimate interests: communicating with people who approach our business and administering those conversations. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, processing necessary for those steps may instead be based on that request. We may also retain or disclose information where required by law.
We will not treat an enquiry or booking as permission to add you to a marketing mailing list.
Who may receive information
Justin and Emma and any authorised people handling your enquiry may access it. Website hosting, form, email and booking providers may process information to provide their services. Professional advisers or public authorities may receive relevant information where necessary for advice, legal obligations or legal claims. Our current website providers are Cloudflare (hosting), Zoho (forms and business email), Google Fonts (font delivery), and Calendly (external call bookings).
International processing
Hosting, email and booking services may process information outside the UK. Before launch, we will identify the actual providers, the relevant countries or processing arrangements and the applicable transfer safeguards, and update this section accordingly. We do not assume that all information stays in the UK.
How long we keep information
We will retain enquiry and booking information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage ongoing discussions, keep necessary business records or deal with legal obligations and claims. Retention decisions will take account of whether a discussion remains active, whether it leads to a business relationship and any applicable record-keeping requirements. The live retention process, including provider copies and backups, must be confirmed before publication.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access or correct your information, request its deletion or restriction, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent. These rights have conditions and exceptions. Contact us using the details above to make a request.
Concerns and complaints
Please contact us if you have concerns about how we use your information. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or by calling 0303 123 1113.
