A step beyond the North East
Middlewood Locks marked our first acquisition through Kennedy Prime Properties Limited. Purchased off-plan, the new-build apartment brought a different type of property and location to our experience as landlords.
From purchase to management
The completion paperwork records 8 August 2025. The apartment is professionally managed, bringing local management support to a property outside our North East base.
What we learned
